Obama just has too much on his plate -— what with making speeches, accepting prizes, going to Copenhagen to seek jobs for Chicagoans, confiscating private sector corps, meeting with community groups, communicating with his handlers, etc -— to protect our soldiers, or meet with his generals, or make any CiC decisions.
Bush was on the phone weekly, sometimes daily Rush recently commented. He said, “and I know that first hand.”
