I am honestly interested in what you have to say regarding the mistakes in our Constitution. I've read several, but by no means all of the anti-fed papers. IIRC the ones I read were authored by Brutus, aka Robert Yates from NY who along with Governor Clinton were vociferous opponents of the proposed Constitution.

I'm not just referring to the authors of the antifed papers. Patrick Henry opposed the constitution. So did George Mason. But they were not Brutus or Cato. A lot of excellent debate took place in the Virginia legislature on ratification.

Then again, I've come to my conclusions mostly on my own, with the benefit of something neither the framers nor the antifeds had--200+ years of data and 20/20 hindsight.

Those who opposed it back then really just validate what is plain to see now. Sad really. The Constitution, imo, should have been rejected. It came down to Virginia. Strange, the Civil War in many ways came down to Virginia also.
