I just received a call from Orly Taitz, my attorney in the case seeking proof of Obama's eligibility for the Office of President of the United States. Judge Carter has released a statement declaring that the dates he set for the hearing and trial on the eligibility issue are confirmed, and it will move forward as scheduled. Apparently he was not swayed by the Obama lawyer's arguments.

I figure there is a reason Obama has all these nuts arguing for him as to what “is is.” So now I want to see everything behind that COLB. Covering up the crime is even worse than the crime...a chant Democrats made during the Nixon hearings. Had Obama and his trons been forth comming from the beginning, I would have gone away, relieved that the truth has been told. No more. That is the way dishonesty goes.

And since they did not define it in the Constitution then it's left to the courts and Congress to define it. And their definition differs from Vattel's.
What has happened her is treason on a scale that it boggles the mind, not only was a fraud allowed to run for office but the entire party that he represented was perfectly willing to allow him to lie his way into office because they knew they didn't have anyone else to run and win.
Oh come on. Treason? Have you not read Article III, Section 3? Obama may be guilty of fraud or misrepresentation or any number of other crimes but not treason. Not as the Constitution defines it.
