I just received a call from Orly Taitz, my attorney in the case seeking proof of Obama's eligibility for the Office of President of the United States. Judge Carter has released a statement declaring that the dates he set for the hearing and trial on the eligibility issue are confirmed, and it will move forward as scheduled. Apparently he was not swayed by the Obama lawyer's arguments.

If and when Obama is declared ineligible the credibility and trust factor with the American public of the Democrat leaders in Washington, and the Democrat Party in general , and the main fringe media would be crushed and may never be regained with the American public.

Their credibility will be damaged forever, the public would look to the party who would bring us out of this painful time in our nation's history.
