I just received a call from Orly Taitz, my attorney in the case seeking proof of Obama's eligibility for the Office of President of the United States. Judge Carter has released a statement declaring that the dates he set for the hearing and trial on the eligibility issue are confirmed, and it will move forward as scheduled. Apparently he was not swayed by the Obama lawyer's arguments.

Yep, I can imagine. We saw the Van Jones and Barack Obama kind of “community organizers” in action and organizing race riots for many decades now in order to threaten the country (whitey, in particular) to enact their socialist agenda or legal will.

Forcing this crop of “citizens of the world” wine swilling politicans to understand they are ruled by the constitution and not the Grand Pubba of the UN would be worth a little “watering of the liberty tree.”

How could Pelosi be POTUS? She would go back down to level Zero if Obama is found to ineligible. She is only in her position as well as Reid due to Obama being POTUS.

That's not true. She was elected by the Congress to be Speaker of the House and the Constitution deems the Speaker of the House to be in line for the Presidency in case neither the President, nor the VP, can serve. She was Speaker of the House before Obama ran for President and she was re-elected before Obama was inaugurated.

Incorrect. The Constitution leaves the succession up to Congress. Under the 1947 amendment to the Succession Act of 1798, the Speaker of the House is next in line of succession.

Before 1947, the Speaker of the House and President Pro Tem of the Senate were not in the line of succession. It was the Secretary of State who was in line after the Vice President.
