I just received a call from Orly Taitz, my attorney in the case seeking proof of Obama's eligibility for the Office of President of the United States. Judge Carter has released a statement declaring that the dates he set for the hearing and trial on the eligibility issue are confirmed, and it will move forward as scheduled. Apparently he was not swayed by the Obama lawyer's arguments.
Well gee, that's kind of harsh.

Yeah is that a hoot or what? I saw that this morning on the news my first reaction was that someone at Fox was in trouble now for putting crazy stories like that on the air without checking first. But hey, Gore won it in 2007 so nothing surprises me anymore.
The "allegiance to another nation" thing has a defined meaning too. Birthers want to insert into it their own meaning, that two citizen parents are required, or that dual citizenships aren't allowed, but that's not what it means.
You have to born in the country. And not born to a diplomat or invading soldier.

My mother in law is a knee-jerk Democrat. She doesn't really understand any of the issues very well, be she just believes that Democrats are good and Republicans are scum.
We have a truce. Don't talk politics. But if she starts off praising Obama or bashing Bush, she is going to leave unhappy.

My friend was saying the Joe Wilson should be ashamed for his calling Barry a Liar.
I started laughing and said “you can't be serious? Barry was saying that people in this room were dissemblers of misinformation and LIE’s”
He was calling Senators and Congressmen, on National TV liars.
It is a two way street and decorum is a mutual pact.
That is when I was told “Don't go there”.
That is when I said “So Barry can people a liar and it goes unchallenged because of venue which he broke first?”

HA!! It was obama has proven his eligibility as they called everyone the various insults and names. Now they are saying Natural is the problem. A few mentioned natural before but now it is going to court and they are scared. Obama is not natural born.
Obama probably sent out his talking points.
“Okay, the one where I told you we have proven my eligibility did not work in all cases. Now we move on to what natural born is. Now I want you to hit blogs and websites and say, you can be born in other countries and still be natural born. I am depending on each one of you to protect me from the VRWC. There will be some extra in your unemployment check from me exclusively for your help. Signed, Obama,Nobel peace prize winner won for psuedo & possible future achievements.”
