I just received a call from Orly Taitz, my attorney in the case seeking proof of Obama's eligibility for the Office of President of the United States. Judge Carter has released a statement declaring that the dates he set for the hearing and trial on the eligibility issue are confirmed, and it will move forward as scheduled. Apparently he was not swayed by the Obama lawyer's arguments.
I imagine we will elect a majority Republican Congress next and that Dear Leader and his Czars will spend another 5 trillion dollars between now and then.
Sorry, but impeachment of an official is only for acts committed in office. Not to mention that the statute of limitations on anything that happened when he was in college has long since elapsed.

By the same token, the fact that the judge today continued the stay of discovery implies the opposite.

So in other words you believe that he’s lying when he presents evidence that you believe proves he’s not a natural born citizen. Wouldn’t that mean that he IS a natural born citizen? Again, the issue is the definition of natural born citizen, and nothing in Obama’s documents addresses that issue.

Man, there's a LOT of posts here. I'm barely to 750. If you could narrow it down to a ballpark, I'd be happy to read it. But, you may be referring to some of the confusion about why all these "federal agents" are carrying sidearms.
There was a lot of noise earlier this decade when several media outlets did stories about all sorts of obscure fed.govt agencies arming their "inspectors". I think at one time even USDA inspectors were carrying firearms - without any training to boot. And, I also believe some of these "agents" lost their firearms causing some additional commotion.
I can't speak to these other agencies, or the IRS, or ICE or border patrol, but the FBI is absolutely granted codified authority in Title 28. NCIS (an agency near and dear to my heart) has their authorization in two places one is a SECNAV order (5430...) and the other is a Presidential Executive Order (specific name and number escapes me).
If I had time, I read Title 28 and quote you the statute - I think it's either 540 or perhaps 504.
I think Frank Marshall Davis is a very strong possibility. She went off to have the baby, was going to give it up for adoption, changed her mind. Senior got some cash and agreed to take the blame since FMD was very married. His grandparents may not even know FMD was the father, but it’s very possible they did. That may be why she sent Jr. back to Hawaii the same year FMD got a divorce and his wife moved out. That way he could mentor the kid now known as Barry Soetoro.

Right, in that magical place, behind the scenes, where a living Elvis is hiding, where "they" staged the moon landing, extra terrestrials spend their Earth vacations, and where pink unicorns roam free.
No, where other lawyers, private investigators, people that have infiltrated hospitals and other places and researchers have information they are using to build a case and you won’t see any of that posted here. Sooner or later you will come to realize what an immense help you were to them.
Just the opposite I wasn’t implying that.
No court is going to declare Obama ineligible for the Presidency based on a novel interpretation of NBC involving parental status that was common knowledge before the election.
