I just received a call from Orly Taitz, my attorney in the case seeking proof of Obama's eligibility for the Office of President of the United States. Judge Carter has released a statement declaring that the dates he set for the hearing and trial on the eligibility issue are confirmed, and it will move forward as scheduled. Apparently he was not swayed by the Obama lawyer's arguments.

Why? Again, he's admitted on hundreds of occasions that his father was a Kenyan student studying in the US. Do you think you're going to get him in court and he'll suddenly produce a long form birth certificate that shows it's someone else?
What you're arguing is not what it says on Obama's birth certificate, but what the constitutional definition of "natural born citizen" is. And that's something that no document of Obama's is going to define for you.

Oh, I forgot. The birth announcements, which came out within a few days of the filing date (don't remember the exact day), pretty much preclude the possibility that the "date filed" is backdated. So it's pretty certain his birth was in fact registered when the COLB says it was, August 8.
Perhaps he was born before August 4, but his mom lied on the form and said August 4. Okay, maybe. But that would still mean she filled out the paper work to register his birth some time August 4th. For his birth to be registered by August 8, the state bureaucracy would have processed her home birth registration form in less than 4 days! If you believe any bureaucracy can process a form that fast, I've got a bridge to sell you.

The COLB isn’t enough to get Obama on a kid’s softball team.
It is a facsimile of a legal document not the actual document itself.
AS I have just pointed out Hawaii will change a COLB to suit the needs of the party listed, updated and unverified birth information, name changes due to adoption, and every sex changes.
Now how can that be an accurate legal document if it doesn’t reflect the original information?
It cannot which is why even the state of Hawaii won’t accept it in legal cases.

Our Government could easily expose the fact (if it is a fact). Elect a Republican majority to Congress and have thenm subpoena the birth records from Hawaii. Our courts won't touch this issue, just as they wouldn't rule on the constitutionality of the Vietnam war. Not out of cowardice (in either case), but because they are sensitive to the fact that they are the only unelected branch of Government, and because they are constrained by 220 years of precedent as to the limits of their jurisdiction.
That's because you need to prove Hawaiian ancestry, not just Hawaiian birth, and the long-form BC has information about the parents' birthplace, whereas the short-form COLB doesn't.
Why birthers believe this is somehow relevant to Obama's eligibility is beyond me, since the last time I checked, you don't have to have Hawaiian ancestry to be president.

I can't remember the specific statute, but 28 USC - Which established the Federal judiciary to include federal law enforcement - empowers federal agents to carry firearms. Title 28 established the FBI, BATF, US Marshalls and each have specific authorization to carry firearms contained within their respective establishing statutes.
The other establishing acts for NCIS or Federal Park Police and the like, have similar authorizing language in them as well.

The original birth certificate is absolute proof that he is not a natural born citizen, and it is proof of everything he has said about his father.
Obama know that a COLB doesn’t carry the weight as his original documents that’s why he continues to prevent their disclosure.

So? That's true of the long form birth certificate, too. Last time I checked, sex change operations and adoptions do not make a man ineligible for the presidency.
