The last two pleadings I read were a great improvement, so I suspect he wrote them. But have yo seen the ones where she compares Judge Land to the southern judges of the Old South? most of her stuff is bizarre.
parsy, who kinda likes bizarre

You can’t have worked much in court nor read many court briefs. you are a joke.
If you had worked in court any lenght of time, you would know that lawyers write badly and make mistakes. courts don’t even really care these days. Your credibility is therefore very, very suspicious.
The fact is you have never seen a court doc or not many. You are a shill.

Taitz helms a very leaky swift boat. "Swift boating" is a leftist term for telling the embarrassing truth in the face of a hostile press and a pathologically dishonest Marxist opposition.
Go Orly!

I generally ignore the birther threads so it is no surprise that I am not familiar with her.

I’m a shill because I am not an Orly Taitz fan?

Taitz was news or newsy this past summer. But why do we need a big story on her in October? You could draw a parallel with the whole birth certificate question. It should have been dealt with during the campaign. That it wasn't doesn't mean it should just go away.
However much or little there is in it, the media shouldn't be able to simply dismiss matters it avoided talking about earlier by simply saying, "That's old news."

Apparently GilGil thinks so. A 1998 FReeper being a shill? Things that make you go - huh?

I turn around companies and have been for about 15 years. At first I was so shocked at the kind of crap that goes on in court. Attorneys will try absolutely anything to win and their briefs and motions are often a joke because they are so poorly written. 99% of people have an image of Perry Mason as the attorney to expect. Not so. It is so sleazy that it is beyond shocking. and if you expect any kind of direction or help from the judge forget it. Judges by and large are so jaded they really do not care.
To have a judge like judge Carter even give a damn and give Orly the time of day is one in a million and says a lot about this judge. I have tremendous admiration for Orly and the judge. They show amazing humanity.

I have turned around companies for about 15 years and very often severely troubled companies. This makes me deal with lawsuits all the time and in and out of court as well. Court is a parallel universe where nothing makes sense. The state of the courts is so shocking that I don’t really know how to describe it. Attorneys routinely lie to judges and nothing happens. Witnesses routinely commit perjury and nothing happens. That Orly made one mistake makes me laugh. Attorney briefs are so badly written so as to be totally shocking. The biggest complaint of senior attorneys is that most attorneys do not know how to write. As a matter of fact the bar exams now are multiple choice becasue if they were not no one would pass the bar.
There is a lot more I could add but don’t make me laugh when you are insensed that Orly forgot to sign her doc or amde a spelling mistake. No one cares in court nor is it a problem.
