It can only get worse. You can hardly change the organizational culture of even a medium-sized business.
Changing the organizational culture of a country is absolutely impossible. They expect to be ruled as if by kings, so they are still ruled as if by kings. Not much has changed in 1000 years.
America is different only because it is BRAND NEW, formed at a time when egalitarianism, freedom, and equality were meaningful ideas, rather than buzzwords and soundbites.
