What is there to say, but, hahahahahah. The whole world views obama as a loser and they’re not ready to give up any money to the US which has stabbed Europe in the back for the last time(I hope) while obamanation rules the US.

Why would the well oiled Obama machine allow the president to publicly fail? Usually the president only shows up for the signing photo op AFTER the agreement has been reached.
