Attorney Orly Taitz, a national figure in the birther movement and lawyer for an Army captain who sought to stop her deployment to Iraq on arguments that President Barack Obama cant legitimately hold office, has filed a motion to withdraw as the captains lawyer.
Taitz, who represents Capt. Connie Rhodes, filed her latest motion Saturday. It cites two court documents as reasons for withdrawing from the case a Sept. 18 order from U.S. District Court Judge Clay Land threatening $10,000 in sanctions against Taitz and a letter purportedly signed by Connie Rhodes, which asks for Taitz to be removed as her attorney.
In order to defend herself, the undersigned counsel will have to contest and potentially appeal any sanctions order in her own name alone, separately from the plaintiff, by offering and divulging what would normally constitute inadmissible and privileged attorney-client communications, Taitz states. The undersigned attorney will also offer evidence and call witnesses whose testimony will be adverse to her (former) clients most recently stated position in this case.
It appears, however, that Taitz didnt sign her motion. Court records filed Monday state that the motion must be filed again because Taitz didnt sign it.
OK, I looked up the image at Fightthesmears. The seal is a lot harder to see with the naked eye, since the image is a lot smaller than Wikipedia's. But tweak the Levels on it in Photoshop, and you can see the right side of the circle, in the same place above the "JUN" as on the big Wikipedia image. I'll save a copy and upload it, if you like.
And if you claim that this is a "newer fabrication," you said you have screen captures of the COLB with and without a seal. Just upload the screenshots to Imageshack and let everybody see your proof.
But you posted it again, and specifically said that it does NOT show a seal, when in fact it does.
Actually, the obama website exhibit does not match the factcheck ‘handled’ exhibit, with the ‘handled’ exhibit having an obvious raised seal distortion even in poor lighting. The poster is a hate-filled obamanoid who has it out for Polarik and worships the obammy messiah. You’ll notice the usual taunting, baiting, and last-worder obsession. Seems all the obamanoids have that last one in spades.
Yeah, I've noticed. It must be written procedure in their Soros book for trolling.
Yes.
Your whines and rants are still best shared with the authorities of the Hawaii State Department of Health. They are the ones who have verfied Barack Hussein Obama II’s birth documents, not me. The Director of the State Health Department has even gone as far as to declare the President a “natural born citizen.”
By the way, your rants and silly ad hominems are worthy of a fourth grader.
You can stomp your feet and scream all you want, but there’s just no way around: “I, Dr. Chiyome Fukino, Director of the Hawaii State Department of Health, have seen the original vital records maintained on file by the Hawaii State Department of Health verifying Barack Hussein Obama was born in Hawaii and is a natural-born American citizen.
I have nothing further to add to this statement or my original statement issued in October 2008 over eight months ago, Fukino said, in hopes of ending the controversy surrounding Obamas citizenship.”

Deal with it.
To Fukino’s credit, she has never vouched for the forgeries your affirmative action slug has tried to claim as genuine, posting differing exhibits on the Internet. You on the other hand have no restraint to lie and deceive readers at FreeRepublic.com. Deal with it.
Here's what you said back in post #368:
"There were three distinct, different images posted successively at the obama website. The first was lacking any distortion to the green hatch pattern of the page because there was not raised seal on the thing used to generate the image. There second image had a raised seal added to the first image. The third image is the one factcheck was allowed to handle and it had fold lines and a raised seal."
We've seen the "second image." The "third image" is available at Factcheck.
But nobody has shown any "first image." The one you said doesn't show a seal shows a seal. The smaller one on Fightthesmears shows a seal. Every Obama COLB shown or linked to in this thread shows signs of a notary seal.
In post #387, you said that you actually have screen captures of Obama's website with this "first image" without a seal, and with it. Then upload them and let everyone see and compare. Because so far, there has been no evidence provided that there ever was a "first image" without a seal.
The poster is a hate-filled obamanoid who has it out for Polarik and worships the obammy messiah.
What have I said or done that is "hate-filled"? And what have I said or done to indicate that I support Obama politically, much less worship him? Because, in truth, I don't. I may defend Obama's Constitutional eligibility, but I voted for Bob Barr. I oppose Obama's ridiculous deficit spending. I oppose his attitude towards bailouts and sweeping federal authority. I think 'Cash for Clunkers' spent a ton of money for little-to-no-good. I'm glad the public option is dead, not only because I consider it outside Congress' authority, but because the last thing we need to do with health care is emulate the Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac model. And as long as a Democrat is in office, Social Security will continue to screw my entire generation to the tune of thousands of dollars a year per person.
Yada yada yada ... Jay McKinnon admitted fabricating the forgery Obammy still has up on his campaign website, yet you want to continue to argue over the forgeries. Typical. And if you actually believe the ‘public option’ is dead, stick around a week and watch the criminal enterprise party ram the thing through as pieces of legislation attached to other bills. Sheesh, your mind is warped from all the hatred you have exhibited toward Polarik.
When did McKinnon admit any such thing? He claimed he forged a similar COLB, but he's never claimed he made the one on Obama's website.
But, if you have a source where he explicitly claims to have done so, please share and prove me wrong.
yet you want to continue to argue over the forgeries.
Because people keep talking about a COLB without a seal, but nobody seems to be able to show it. Every jpeg of the Obama COLB shared thus far has signs of a seal. You even said that you have a copy of the COLB without a seal on your computer, so just post it.
And if you actually believe the public option is dead, stick around a week and watch the criminal enterprise party ram the thing through as pieces of legislation attached to other bills.
That doesn't mean I can't be happy that it's dead for now. When the Senate Finance Committee rejects it 15-8, I'd like to think that's a good sign.
For readers--whom this LorenC poster aims to confuse with barrels of bullsh!t and last-worder obsessiveness-- give a few minutes to read the material at THIS link. I do not intend to give this obsessed agitprop any further attention ... but that will not prevent the last-worder obsessed from spittling a few more obfuscatory lines, so acquire some background data and view the LorenC postings in a clearer light.

The current resident of the Oval Office—occasionally there—is exactlyt what the democrat party criminal enterprise has lusted for lo these several decades. Now, they have the pins all lined up to fundamentally change America into the federal oligarchy of their wet dreams, so why would you believe these same criminal enterprise democrats would remove their chosen mutant from office?
I guess it’s time for the other team members to show up now. Here obamanoids, here obamanoids, where are mlo and curiosity? Maybe they can recruit Non-Sequitur and WOSG, with milspecrob and genefromNewJersey on the side. Sheesh, FR is infested with obamanoid diseased cockroaches.
Not interested in your name-calling, thank you.
Appreciate the clue ...
You linked to Beckwith's website and Mr. Christiansen's COLB analysis hosted on Beckwith's website. Neither one shows this seal-less "first image" that supposedly appeared on Obama's website. Steve does show a COLB photo taken by Factcheck (an out-of-focus photo in shadow) that he claims doesn't show a seal, but that's obviously not an image that ever appeared on Obama's website as was claimed.
I've read the links. They just don't say what you claim they say. You've only posted four links: the two above, the Israel Insider one below, and the Wikipedia one that you said didn't show a seal, but does. There is still no actual evidence of a "first image" with no seal, apart from the screenshots that you claim to have on your computer.
For readers--whom this LorenC poster aims to confuse with barrels of bullsh!t
In response to this allegation, I would point out that I've frequently sourced my claims when possible, and let the readers judge for themselves who has been more forthcoming with sources and citations to evidence.
give a few minutes to read the material at THIS link.
I found that article when I did a cursory search to see if Jay McKinnon had said what you claimed he said. Here's what it says about Mr. McKinnon at the link you just provided:
"Jay McKinnon, a self-described Department of Homeland Security-trained document specialist, has implicated himself in the production of palpably fake Hawaii birth certificate images similar to the one endorsed as genuine by the Barack Obama campaign, and appearing on the same Daily Kos blog entry where the supposedly authentic document appears. "
"Similar to." Only "similar to." Nowhere in that Israel Insider article does Jay McKinnon admit to creating the image that appears on Obama's website, as you claimed he did. Do you have a source where he made such an admission?
Are you really this stupid?
Let me lay it out for you. A raised seal on the back of the document may not show up on the scan if the scan does not have sufficiently high resolution. Duh.
