Attorney Orly Taitz, a national figure in the “birther” movement and lawyer for an Army captain who sought to stop her deployment to Iraq on arguments that President Barack Obama can’t legitimately hold office, has filed a motion to withdraw as the captain’s lawyer.
Taitz, who represents Capt. Connie Rhodes, filed her latest motion Saturday. It cites two court documents as reasons for withdrawing from the case — a Sept. 18 order from U.S. District Court Judge Clay Land threatening $10,000 in sanctions against Taitz and a letter purportedly signed by Connie Rhodes, which asks for Taitz to be removed as her attorney.
“In order to defend herself, the undersigned counsel will have to contest and potentially appeal any sanctions order in her own name alone, separately from the plaintiff, by offering and divulging what would normally constitute inadmissible and privileged attorney-client communications,” Taitz states. “The undersigned attorney will also offer evidence and call witnesses whose testimony will be adverse to her (former) client’s most recently stated position in this case.”
It appears, however, that Taitz didn’t sign her motion. Court records filed Monday state that the motion must be filed again because Taitz didn’t sign it.

I would post the second fraud obammy posted as his proof, the one with the raised seal added, constructed from the first fraud which james777, mlo, and curiosity want to believe is genuine, but the poor liars would just make some idiotic excuse for why the raised seal shows up on the seconds image, then demand to know what is the artifiact which proves the liar used the first fraudulent image to fabricate the second image. They’ll get to read all about it if the case ever gets the frauds into court.

Yes, two different Obama forged COLBs. One from DailyKos posted June 12, 2008 and the other from the non- factchecker posted in August 2008.
This is why it’s good to see the images; there *is* a seal on the COLB. It’s not as prominent as on the wrinkly amended COLB above, but it’s there.
Zoom in to full size, and focus on the area of the COLB right above the “JUN 6 2007” stamp. About four rows of hash marks directly above the “JUN” is the bottom of the circular notary seal. The right side of the circle is the most visible part.
I have several screen captures, two from Obama’s campaign website (one without the raised seal, the other with the raised seal added to the first image) and the images from factcheck of the exhibit they were given to ‘handle’ and photograph. Factcheck posted both the first fraudulent exhibit and the later handled exhibit, and they claimed the last was the same as the first they posted, the one that is a clear fraud.
Post the link you wish to send folks to if you’re going to claim some ghostly evidence.

I have gone over the screen captures I took from obammy’s website and the minor mrakings to which you refer on the wikipedia image are not in the screen images from the liar’s website. Did you make the wiki images to discredit Polarik? I haven’t cited anything from him and it appears your obsession has dissipated somewhat, but did you fabricate the wikipedia image?
BTW, take a look at the factcheck exhibit which they were allowed to handle and photograph. Your anomolies are a joke when compared to the very clear distortions on the factcheck images. But that was a nice try.
Of course not. The wiki image is the image that YOU just linked to an hour ago and said "From this image it is clear there is no raised seal anywhere on the exhibit." I simply pointed out that there is a raised seal on it.
You can even look at the file history and see that the image you linked to, and I linked to again, was uploaded to Wikipedia over a year ago, on August 12, 2008.
So since this COLB image DOES show a seal, where's this alleged "first" COLB image that doesn't?

It is still available on Bammy’s website, if he hasn’t replaced it with the newer fabrication displaying very minor effects which prove it is not the same as the imaged exhibit at factcheck. Each and every genuine Hawaiian COLB that has been posted on the Internet has a very visible raised seal...but NO not Obama’s COLB.
It would help Obama's credibility and his case if he would submit his COLB to a court of law, otherwise he looks like a crook.
