By saying that Republican John McCain would have been a worse president than Barack Obama............
(I have no use for the rest of this website's drivel. I just want the substance of what Beck said)

Wow, I have the exact opposite opinion. Levin is one of the most intellectual and articulate voices for conservatism on radio. I’ve always loved Mark’s debating style. He destroys the libs. I first learned about Mark when he used to appear on Hannity and Colmes to debate Lanny Davis and Bob Beckel. Levin was the best conservative to take them on.
“...garner more of an audience for himself, nothing more or less. “
I really think no one is more surprised that he has a radio show then he is, and I don’t he has ever altered at all what he wanted to say for fear that he would lose part of his audience or try to win a larger audience.
Rush has been on Glenn Beck on Fox via phone from Fla. Remember Rush had the first tv show about politics. Rush was before the fake shows like John Stewart and Colbert Report. Glenn’s kind of doing what Rush used to do before Rush got out of tv. I used to go home from work at lunch to watch Rush the tv show.
WHICH GROUP is going to Ostracize me because I LISTEN TO BOTH???
He and Hannity delight in taking on libs and “destroying” them.. personally, I like the way Rush does it best, he actually debates them and lets them speak and then he educates them.. somehow I think the way Rush does it might actually change a few hearts and minds here and there and the way Levin and Hannity do it only makes them hate conservatives more.
LOL! I hear ya. Good luck to Beck an Levin may they both live long and prosper.
When I say destroy I don’t mean that he attacks them personally. He used intellect and logic to destroy their arguments. I find Mark the best to do this when he does engage a liberal that is willing to listen.
I won’t vote RINO next time. If that means a second term for Obozo, so be it. The GOP and all their RINO supporters have had ample notice.
They can blame their own pathetic asses for a second Obama term.
This confuses the average American that doesn't watch MSNBC but isn't a big conservative talk radio fan, either. Glenn Beck is getting very popular and he does some good work, as in the Van Jones business. That doesn't make him above criticism but let the criticism come from the left, as it has - lots and lots of it - and most of it has been very nasty - but I'm sure Beck can handle it.
So, for those committed to conservative principles and are appalled by the Obama administration, let's not waste our time debating who is better for conservatives or has the more interesting show. Listen to Levin and/or Beck and take what you feel is worthy from each man's presentation or ignore them, both, but this 'circular firing squad' approach is ridiculous and self-defeating.
That and I got tired of hearing Levin praise Hannity and call everyone else backbencher (besides Rush, but he’s actually *not* a backbencher).
**I like both of them but I never liked McCain. I held my nose to vote for McCain. I believe McCain wanted BHO to win.**
IF the GOP holds true to form.. their NEXT NOMINEE will be even MORE OF A RINO than McCAin WAS! In which case, the GOP will be ON their own. I was one of those.. IF it wasn’t for PALIN, I had no reason to go vote (Single party state.. Scumsuckers run Unopposed.)
I’m afraid what the GOP needs is a good “MONDALE style TROUNCING” before they’ll learn their lesson.
Since the USA is going to HELL, I’d rather the scumbag LIBERALS behind the wheel!!!
Yeah, and nobody’s gonna cut ACORN. They’re going to get worse too.
You’re exactly right. If Palin hadn’t been the VP candidate, Barr would have come in second.
“Anyways, In the *FULL* commentary, Beck has said that if McCain were president, the tea party movement wouldn’t have happened or wouldn’t have been as large. “
if mccain were president, I wouldn’t be awake at night worrying about Iran’s nukes and what Obama would do to deter Israel.
Forward to minute 37:50 why Levin decided to speak out against Beck.
For many years Mark Levin was a frequent contributor of legal opinions to The Rush Limbaugh Show
where Limbaugh referred to him on-air as “F. Lee Levin
Rush said essentially the same thing re:McCain before the election. Levin’s envy of Beck ain’t a pretty thing...
Our local radio has Beck, Limbaugh, a local show, Hannity and then Levin is our 10:00 pm'er. That is, when Levin is not preempted for the local High School football report.
Levin is the only radio host participating in the adolescent ad hominem attacks. Beck ain't playing. Levin comes off petty and punkish.
Levin's audience is dwarfed by Beck's. It feels like Levin is trying to gain some headlines and defend his man-crush, Sean Hannity, in Hannity's prime-time slot on Fox.
More like Beck lifting information and leaving it unsourced — information from Levin.
Don’t get me wrong; I like ‘em both. But, you have attribute your sources — all of them!
