Obama can multiply? That Obama bought the conservative Washington Times and now it's as bad as the NYT?

Headline makes no sense...what are tiying to say?The way the title was posted, the headline was conflated with the sub-head, without punctuation. Read it with a break after "impact" and it's easier to see that "times" is a verb.
