Yes, you are correct. At least for the last verse. It was “Jesus Love The Little Children; All the Children of the World. Red and Yellow Black and White; They are precious in His sight; Jesus Loves the little children of the world”!

No, one phrase from “Jesus Loves the Little Children” was used in an altered form.
The original is “Red and yellow, black and white, all are precious in His sight.”
They changed “precious” to “equal”.
