I don’t know. I’m in NVA and all the TV stations went to an emergency test. I was informed by my hubby that the radio station did the same. AM radio station was functioning, but not FM. Computer internet access was cut off as well. This occurred right when the disturbance started on the UN floor.

After Obama spoke the screen went grey fuzzy then they put on Gadaffy Laughy.
