I don’t know. I’m in NVA and all the TV stations went to an emergency test. I was informed by my hubby that the radio station did the same. AM radio station was functioning, but not FM. Computer internet access was cut off as well. This occurred right when the disturbance started on the UN floor. Who is saying there was a distubance? After Obama spoke the screen went grey fuzzy then they put on Gadaffy Laughy.

FOX News said there was a disturbance on live TV. There was some kind of demonstration or protest occurring on the floor of the UN - that's what they said. Then the screen went blank. When the TV came back on, Qaddafi was at the podium speaking with interpreter, and no mention of the “disturbance”.
