This is certainly confusing. Having Netanyahu recently return from his "secret" meeting with President Medvedev I don't think Medvedev would have made this statement without Israel's nod. Yet,if all the talk about Israel's imminent attack on Iranian nuclear facilities was only bluster, brinkmanship, why would Israel give the Mad Mullahs of Malevolence the sense of relief regarding any attack that might be imminent, especially if the perceived threat might wring concessions out of the Iranians? Time will certainly tell.

"When Israeli President Peres was visiting me in Sochi recently, he said something very important for all of us: 'Israel does not plan any strikes on Iran, we are a peaceful country and we will not do this'," he said.
He also offered me 'first dibs' on a bridge over the East River.

Our troops would be at extreme risk in the Middle-East if we allowed Iran the bomb.
Unless Obama wants us to withdraw to our own borders, he better wake up. If he doesn’t then the rest of us should.
This should not continue to be unaddressed.

“The United States is pressuring Russia to shift its current stance and back tougher sanctions, reportedly banking on its warming ties with Moscow since President Barack Obama shelved controversial missile shield plans in central Europe.”
Russia is acting to further its own interest.
The liberals think everyone is a liberal, ready to self-sacrifice for the Common Good. Not Russia— they’ve been invaded too many times to even give an inch.
We should not include Russian support in our calculus against Iran. And we definitely shouldn’t be on the honor system in Eastern Europe.

Allow me to translate. The Iranian people who want freedom have just been sold own the river. This will be the fate of freedom loving Americans in the near future.

I hope and pray that Russia is wrong about an Israeli attack, and that Israel’s leaders feel as little fear (and respect) for obama as our enemies do.

I don’t know if Medved is telling the truth on this. OTOH, Bibi is a schemer and he could have said one thing and then he would do another.

It’s the “Is”... is... scenario: that’s right — the Israelis aren’t PLANNING an attack on Iran. The planning has already been done.
