Someone could have clogged arteries 2,100 years ago? I thought only fast food caused that? *SMIRK* ;)

Chinese stir fry (fast food) is the probable culprit. High fat content, and if extant then, likely could cause atherosclerosis.

:whispers: (It’s all the preservatives in today’s food/fast food/healthy food that causes high cholesterol.

I’m 65 ~ I have always eaten butter, whole milk, red meat with lots of fat, bacon and pork with lots of fat, cottage cheese, cheeses, and I cook with lard. My cholesterol is consistenly around 160.

Any questions?

PS: I LOVE Wisconsin cheeses!!!
