I think they make him stand in the well of the House while they all say mean things about him. And Maureen Dowd gets to tell people what she really "heard" them say. ( She gets to make it up out of the cesspool that's her mind)

Exactly. Admonished basically means he will be dressed down, verbally abused in the chamber and be told that if he had joker face paint he would have rushed the stage to smear him with it you know stuff like that.
