I understood what you meant.. ;)
Tell that to the Pakistani Imam I pass in the morning as I turn right on Sanford onto Parsons.
What’s interesting about this raid is that it seems they moved sooner than they wanted to. There must have been intel that concerned them enough to decide they had to move fast.
ok
” Whats interesting about this raid is that it seems they moved sooner than they wanted to. “
IMO, they’re releasing information sooner than they want to — the FBI has a habit of not releasing info until they can have a press conference with everything tied up with neat ribbons, including details of indictments...
Your assessment that the intel concerned them enough to break pattern is probably spot-on...
Thanks for your updates.
You’re welcome Holly.
It sounds like their main lead disappeared(the visitor from the midwest). Did you get that impression too?
I did say that the area is most heavily Asian and that the muzzie area is a couple of miles south. If you really live there you know that to be true.
Did anybody catch the Schumer clip on F&F just now??
I was in the next room, and only half-heard it, but I got the impression of something in his statement that was kinda off-kilter/odd — even for Chucky...
Did anybody hear it well enough to give us a reasonably accurate quote??
No, I have the TV off.
Dang- I missed it too- out walking the dog :( I know yesterday he said something like- there’s nothing imminent or urgent- left the impression it was a run of the mill bust...
Thanks for responding...
Maybe they’ll replay it later in the day... ;)

Then you know it is not a muzzie neighborhood.
SNIPPETAmanulla Akvari was among those detailed and released. Naiz Khan (below) was grilled about a mysterious friend named Najibullah.<<<
Heads up —
FNC teasing ‘new details’ and interview with King in the next segment....
From FNC...
FBI and Homeland Security warning ‘local law enforment’ to be on lookout for materials that ‘could be used for making explosives’....
Note that the report did NOT say specifically ‘NYC’ law enforcement....
That’s the only ‘new detail’ I heard from the report — everthing else was rehash....
Rep. Peter King still to come....
Yep - the word is ‘warns’, not ‘advises’....
Curious...

The FBI and Homeland Security officials are warning local police departments to be on the look out for materials that could be used to make explosives. The warning came as officials investigate a suspected al-Qaida associate and raided three New York City apartments.
Investigators issued warrants to search the residences for explosives material but did not find any, according to a person briefed on the matter who was not authorized to discuss the case and requested anonymity.
