As socialist as he's been I haven't seen any proof of "treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors".

We need proof of the above to impeach.

but let’s go to firing a CEO of a private corp, clearly a violation of the constitution, taking over private companies a violation of the constitution

Honestly asking here, could you point out to me where the Constitution says this?

Remember he is using our tax-payer money paying thugs to show up. Anywhere from $9.50 - $14.00 an hour. What a putz going on air at 1:00, hopefully whomever covers his speech only gets about 10,000 viewers while Beck gets 5 million plus. I just don't understand this country anymore.

I see a gross violation of the constitution, that is a high crime no misdemeanor about it, it is a violation of the highest law in the land. They should have impeachment proceedings going and should have from the time he took control of GM and fired the CEO. If you don't think those are impeachable offenses you have something wrong with you or are a Bozo supporter.

Just to spell it out for you, the constitution is the law of the land, for the President to willfully ignore it, means he has committed a "high crime". Bozo hasn't innocently done something wrong he has deliberately broken the law, not to mention his ties with ACORN and pushing for funding them. As I said, dump the legislature also.

Contract law. Contracts is a bedrock principle of free people.

Mayflower compact.
Decl of Independence
Constitution

Agreements made by separate parties. Rules agreed upon. These are not rights granted but inalienable. We know that.
