Where was then-state-senator Barack Obama on September 11, 2001?

Not looking for a smart-aleck answer. This is a serious question for which I hope there are serious answers.

Figures..goes right along with the post above re:comcast’s article ..his comments a few days after 9/11—(that we have to get to the root causes of such acts. You know, poverty, resentment)

This guy has had so many anti america sermons preached to him, and indoctrination from his school days, ayers and from rev wright...there is no other conclusion. He’s an extremist to the max who joins those who blame America for 9/11.
But he’s present, and loves the perks.

I’m sure he feels sympathy for the acorn workers who were fired too. They were victims of America in his eyes.
