It sounds like the congress critters saw an opportunity to get back their power over the Bureau and grabbed it.

Now WE need to demand that all records amassed by ACORN for the census this year be thrown out.

Even though there's an "apparent" rift on this between the White House and Congress, I see it fit to start filing injunctions to destroy the data compiled up to this point. Hopefully a Conservative watchdog group will step up to the plate to do so.

ALL of the Census data collected to this point should be thrown out and DESTROYED (for privacy reasons) because Obama's Census data, compiled by CORRUPT ACORN is:

I was very concerned about how they would slant population counts in areas to affect the representation.

I am afraid that is already in the works...why else are they doing "demographic snapshots" as an earlier post mentioned? With the demographic info they can simply fiddle with the distribution of the long-form census questionnaires to produce whatever results they desire. I am afraid the count will be cooked no matter ACORN involvement or not.

Does that include the $$ (I've heard varying amounts from $40-$100) that they get from every home closing?

Reminds me of something I saw that really felt weird: when the article about the Tea Party Express's stop in El Paso was posted here a few days ago, I went on Google Earth to see how close the rally point was to the house I rented while I stayed in EP during the year of my son's deployment to Korea.

The satellite map helped me zoom in on the street where that house was, and then onto the house itself and the driveway in front of it.

I thought the shape of the car photographed in that driveway looked familiar, and when I zoomed in as far as I could, I saw it WAS MY CAR in the driveway!

Fortunately, the license plate numbers were not visible; but it sure showed me that if anyone ever wanted--or needed--to find a "hiding place" (like the Jews in pre-war Holland were offered by the family of Corrie ten Boom), it might just become a "mission impossible"!

ACORN will be renamed "Citizen Corps", which will be funded by Ted Kennedy's Serve America Act which was signed into law by President Obama on April 21, 2009.

You're right! I just saw them being interviewed by Hannity, and it WAS the young lady who had the idea...but kudos to both of them for making a great investigative team.
