She can’t and won’t be able to assume the office of the President of the USA because all of his appointments ( even Secretary of State ) would be annulled.
Steve: AC brought up a good point. Hillary would not technically be in line for the Presidency because his nominations would be annulled.
I hadn’t thought of that, but it would seem correct — the same with the legislation passed and signed by him (and ALL executive orders, too).
AC, what do you think they would do at this point if he is found ineligible though? Put in McCain and Palin due to their actually having electoral votes? I can’t remember further than Sec’y of State who is next in line... How far does one have to go at that point until you reach someone who was elected and not appointed? (I’ll google myself on the line of succession in a moment... Just curious as to how you’re seeing this).
