no spelling typo, there is an omission. Here are the documents, the 1st has the Constitutional Eligibility sentence, the 2nd does not, but has the received stamp. I understand that the omission of the Constitutional eligibility statement was the major difference in the two documents and that it was obviously purposeful. The article also discussed the “typo” which is seen in the date of the Convention: August 25 “though” 28, 2008.
