Engine's 489 and 484 await their next assignments eastbound from the Chama terminal. Engine 489 is "hot" after being repaired from an opening weekend "mishap" (derailed when the trailing truck broke off, maybe due to something on the track). This weekend starts the fall color season. Aspens were starting to turn when I rode last weekend.
