What's Up With Pelosi' Reaction?

After Ms. Pelosi gave Joe Wilson the stink eye, she said something to Biden and picked up a sheet of paper. As she read the paper, she had a full body spasm of some type, similar to the p-p shiver that men sometimes get. It was in stark contrast to her botoxed woodenness and was hysterically funny. It was also evident that Pelosi and Biden were in some type of blinking competition.

The p-p shiver happens when men are urinating. While taking care of business (standing up) there sometimes arises a full-body spasm. It’s often called the “p*ss shiver.”
I’d like to be able to capture Pelosi’s spasm and use it as an animated gif, but I don’t know how.

I have never in my life experienced any such thing. As far as I know, none of my three sons has, either.
This is the very first time I’ve ever heard of such a thing, and I’ve been around a long time.

And when it happened, Pelosi's two brain cells collided and burst. So, since she was on camera behind Obama and had gone into obvious shock over Wilson's shout-out of "liar," she got a fax that said "Smile, Idiot!" You know that "spasm"she had? That was the malignant idiot trying to smile while terrified! LOL!

As far as I know, nobody, male or female, in my family experiences this. I have never heard of it before.
So, when Chris Matthews got a tingle up his leg, was it because he was peeing his pants?
My dog got so excited to see my oldest son return from overseas that she peed herself.
So maybe Chrissy was like our female dog?
