Entrapped by whom, by what? The reporters aren’t police, they don’t have police powers.

Will ACORN scream and holler that no one should have the right to come in and tape them and that other people might be deterred from going to Acorn with person issues because it might wind up on TV? Yeah, maybe, but so what? I want these people, the whole friggin’ organization UNDER the jail house.

I did a quick search and there is plenty of info on criminal prosecution of fraudulent and abusive tax preparers, I don’t have time to look for detailed info on people giving bad tax information, that would be 2 different things. I think that ACORN could rightfully claim that they are not in the tax preparing business and no one should rely on their advice. But then, I don’t know anything about ACORN and I don’t know if ACORN, being a community organization, actually assists people with tax prep. If they do, all bets are off. Bury them.

Hmm, as I type this, the female reporter said that ACORN does do taxes. I wanna see a friggin’ stake through their hearts! Go get ‘em, IRS!
