The communications director for the National Endowment for the Arts is no longer in his job amid a flap over suggestions he suggested artists work to further President Obama's legislative agenda.
A conservative artist writing on the site Big Hollywood first complained that the official, later identified as Yosi Sargent, had been on a conference call with artists aimed at furthering President Obama's legislative agenda -- a bit of a no-no for the agency, which does its best to stay apolitical.

Huffington Post's Ryan Grim reported that Sergant had been "asked to resign," and played it as another scalp -- like Van Jones' -- for Glenn Beck.

Kewl!
There shouldn’t even BE an NEA.
I bet it’s higher then GS-15, probably in the Executive Service level. So much for time-in-grade that the rest of us abide by.
Okay, but who has done anything before Beck to expose these people? Granted, they may not be totally gone gone, Daschle sure isn’t, but how do we rid ourselves of them peacefully?

You are correct it is a never ending process. Democrats never quit - lose in one area, move forward in another. I often wish we had the same stamina rather than quitting when we don’t get our politicians to do exactly as we wish.
We have to keep fighting - the alternative is the end of America and freedom. These people trying to push these agendas are not planning on keeping America free. They intend to make us a dictatorship, to steal the wealth of America for whatever, and have total control over our lives.
We fight or we live in a dictatorship.
