Nancy Pelosi gave an OK to some MSNBC or CNN people to let their Code Pink friends into a joint session so they could make a disruption.
Her jaw dropping was clearly in response to her having been remembered for her lack of civility (through Code Pink).
Or, alternatively, it was the botox sucking her jaw backwards.

I challenge you to find any instance in history when a president has held a joint congressional session and lied and lied and lied and lied and then called those standing against him liars and worse.
