This evening I let my emotions get the best of me when listening to the Presidents remarks regarding the coverage of illegal immigrants in the health care bill. While I disagree with the Presidents statement, my comments were inappropriate and regrettable. I extend sincere apologies to the President for this lack of civility.

“Wimp.”
He wasn’t a wimp when he said it on nat’l TV, was he. In fact he was the only one with the b*lls to say it out loud so that all watching the Prez’s speech heard it. Bravo Mr. Wilson, I say. Good for you. So what if he apologizes for his outburst after the fact. The damage was already done, wasn’t it. Threw Obama totally off his stride. Loved it. At least one voice heard out there in the wilderness. So stop the wimp stuff. He was the only one of the Pubs who spoke out loudly and clearly during the speech.
Being a leftist means never having to say your sorry.
It's really difficult to work up close with scumballs.
Yes, and in Texas I bet one knows he shouldn’t break the rules of decorum even if he knows he’s dead to rights.
“Better to apologize than ask permission(for a rebuttal)”
Not a problem.
Mission already accomplished.
Obama speech completely derailed.
POINT: WILSON!

SPOT ON.....He did what he needed to do at the time. Damage to obama was done. (and he added class to the act)
No chance...I like him right where he is. Go find your own. p.s. I think he had his fingers crossed behind his back when he apologized.
Why does it take approximately two hours for my comments to appear???
I can’t wait to see the number of people with signs saying “YOU LIE!” in DC this Saturday.
I with you bro!
LLS
LOL - good points.
Luvya, Bro!
I am proud of what he did!!!
So you voted for Obama?
Joe can’t call obama a liar, but obama can give the finger to people—talk about a lack of civility.
That's just the way they do it ~ at least since the days when they would go to work armed with serious weaponry and canes to beat the other guys with.
Still, Joe Wilson was correct to note that the President was totally out of line. He was up there being nastier to the American people than he is to his puke friends in AlQaida.
That won't be the last time Obama is going to be called a liar in public.
As we say to Rush... dittos!

Here is an example from history where a Congressman brutally attacked a Senator on the floor of the Senate:

Perfect. I kept rewinding it right there, over and over, lol.
