I wonder how "we" arrived at that estimate. Pray tell, Mr. President, what methodology did you use to arrive at your brilliant estimate? Did it have to do with red pills and blue pills? The bogus claim that doctors game the system so they can make more money by performing amputations on their patients b/c it pays better than preventative medicine. Tonsillectomies just to increase profit??
