You mean this verse where He said He used the dust of the earth?
Gen 2:7 7then the LORD God formed the man of dust from the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and the man became a living creature.
Or this verse where God says He used the dust of the earth?
Gen 2:19 Now out of the ground the LORD God had formed every beast of the field and every bird of the heavens and brought them to the man to see what he would call them.
Just to note, man was not a living being when he was created, which demonstrates that God did not evolve man from another living creature.
There’s no plainer way that God could have indicated that He did not use evolution than that. Any other interpretation is reading more into it than it says. Why do people want to lie about what the Bible plainly and clearly says?
Thanks mm. Well done.
Interesting passage which seems to be counter evolution in that it says that the beasts and the birds were created after Adam.
Perhaps he was just speaking to the locals in the language they could understand. Like how He refers to the four corners of the fixed world. After all, if he had started talking about evolution, genes, dna, he would have lost his audience.
