I was curious and went to check out his background and credentials and found that his Wikipedia entry has already been updated with his recent resignation.
While I was there I found this little gem he said about joining the Obama administration:
"I couldn't be prouder to be laying my sword on the table along with everybody else in the Obama Love Army, and I'm excited about it." ___ Van Jones

God, the left is full of freaks.That is an understatement! It's more like dangerous LUNATICS who need to be locked up instead of running the country!
Would you hire someone like Jones to work as a pizza delivery or flipping burgers? I know I wouldn't.
Jones can't even describe what a 'green job' is much less create one!

Almost 40 years ago, David Bowie wrote apocolyptic piece called "Cygnet Committee." The "love army" idea reminded me of some of the lyrics:
