If you were to receive all your news from any one of these outlets, or even all of them together, and you heard about some sort of controversy involving President Obama's Special Adviser for Green Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation, your response would be, "Huh?"
If you heard that that adviser, Van Jones, had apologized for a number of remarks and positions in the recent past, your response would be, "What?"
And if you were in the Obama White House monitoring the Jones situation, you would be hoping that the news organizations listed above continue to hold the line -- otherwise, Jones, who is quite well thought of in Obama circles, would be history.

If it isn’t in the New York Times, it must not have happened.
And even now there are a dozen or more sources in Google News search that have picked up the resignation. However, all but one parrotted the standard whitewash: All Van Jones did was called Republicans bad names and signed some silly old petiton. Nothing, I mean NOTHING about his associations, his marxist connections or racist diatribes ANYWHERE! Sickening and subversive bunch in the dinomedia. Their day is coming also...
The powers of persuation are extremely important in winning the battle. When people can “relate”, they wake up.
For example: Someone complaining about high gas prices.
Casually mention that if we were energy independent and were allowed to use our own resources, our gas prices would be so much less. Then mention our superior technology being the most “environmentally friendly” compared to other countries.
It makes some of them think about it.
I love that photo and was amused to happen upon this statue on St. Armand’s Key near Sarasota a couple of weeks ago.

I haven’t downloaded our pics to photobucket yet, so I hope I’m not trampling any toes posting someone else’s pic.
I guess the NYT is waiting for the text from the White House.
Isn’t the Ostupid regime just full of “historic moments” according to the media?
It’s the Marxist Media. Pure and simple.
Lamestream anchorcritter: “A top advisor to President Obama resigned last night because of a controversy you don’t need to know about.”
All those outlets know all about it. There appears to be a tacit agreement between them and the administration: Get rid of him quick under cover of darkness and holiday so we aren’t forced to report on the situation. We’ll sweep it under the carpet and the subject will go away.
And as of now, almost 6AM EST, it’s not even mentioned on CNN online.
(They also had a small blurb buried in the Caucus blog yesterday, September 5.)
Talk about the power of the “new media.” This was ENTIRELY due to Glenn Beck and the internet.
It is in the 6 Sept 2009 NYT but on page A17 of the politics section. It basically says this good man, Van Jones, resigned because of an evil Republican victory.
You must remember that he is bald and it is not polite to attack a person so handicapped
Looks like the Washington Post finally did a blog about the Van Jones disaster.

I guess Van Jones did not get Obama’s promised “EXTENSIVE VETTING” that he bragged about to the Washington Post.
Potential Obama Appointees Face Extensive Vetting

I think I hear a distant bugle.
I think the cavalry is coming.
Rush will be back Tuesday
He was billed as Green Czar. We don't know why he was really there. We don't know what he was really doing or advising.
He is far to Communist and radical just to be the Green Jobs adviser.
Obama lied, Jones denied.
Well, that is after the fact, of course. Obama announced this at 12:30 in the morning, so I don’t know how they were able to print it in today’s paper. Frankly, I don’t think they did.
They should be ashamed of themselves. But they won’t be.
This is just the beginning of the story, not the end. We need to see how Jones got so close to Obama. Who greased the skids?
