At that price, I should probably manufacture guns just to turn them in for gift certificates.

“One act of trust in surrendering one illegal weapon can be the foundation for mutual respect, responsibility and cooperation”

No, it can’t.

I was just in Troy a few weeks ago. Across the street from the prestigious Rensselaer Polytechnic University is a quaint town filled with hip hop culture loving gangsters. It is breathtaking how bad it is.

Ghetto. Sad.

Where I live the police have to pay a fair price just like everybody else.

Be a good time to buy a truck load of $69 Mosin-Nagant carbines and sell them back. You could use the profits to buy some AR-15's and a ton of ammo.

When I lived there, there was a drive by stabbing in downtown. Should they do a knife buy back also?

Idon’t understand the term “buy-back”. Do these people believe the state owned the guns originally and buying them back?

Do the cops have to pass a background check and is there a waiting period?

Can each cop only buy one gun a month too?

Is there a gun or ammo shop in Crossgates Mall?
Could be a good way to turn a piece of junk into a good rifle or some ammo.

In my state there are a lot of trash and junk firearms in the pawn shops for much, much less than $100.

Firearms will be taken with no questions asked...

When will these fools catch on to the fact that they have become a legal "fence" for criminals to steal guns and turn them in for monetary reimbursement? Sheesh, get a clue you liberal morons. (pardon the redundancy)
