Poisoning the well question.
Hardly. I get tired of hearing expert opinions from those who have never done the work.
re: big paint stirrer
And the worst part was that she made me go get the paddle/switch and bring it to her. That was a long walk.
However one of the happiest days of my life was one year we were “burning the front yard off” and the bush got burned too. My Dad was in charge of the burn and I sure wasnt going to tell him the the fire was getting close to the bush.
As I said in my first post to you (in the part you so obviously ignored), if you are at least TRYING the general public is by and large forgiving. The parent that annoy us are the ones that visibly do NOTHING, just let the kid cry and scream and damage our ears. You don’t have to have a kid to know that the parents not even looking at their screaming kid are bad parents.
My typing is the “two fingers” style.
Spoken like a true expert.
Oh, leave them home with the nanny, Mrs. Kennedy? How silly. The oversensitive can hire the nanny to do their shopping, instead. Don’t forget to pay her Social Security taxes.
So you just let your kid scream their way through the store never attempting to quiet them through food, toys, diaper changing, talking, touching, or entertaining movements?
Should’ve slapped the mother.
there are babysitters and nursery schools — both of which are better options than dragging toddlers through a giant store as if they are dogs.
My son once said if I didn’t buy the cereal he wanted , he would hold his breath until I did. I walked into the next aisle and left him there. He soon came whimpering after me. From that day on he never did that around me. His mother, my ex, is another story.
Man Arrested for Smacking Child
The girl, 2 year old Paige Mathews, continued crying, despite her mother's attempts to calm her down.
You need to actually read what I’m actually writing and not make a whole bunch of assumptions.
Kids learn quickly that Dads are different creatures.
So you just let your kid scream their way through the store never attempting to quiet them
What did the article say?
The girl, 2 year old Paige Mathews, continued crying, despite her mother's attempts to calm her down.
He should have just left the store for a while, or at least walked over to the other end of the store, away from the screaming little girl.
Assault my child? WTF?
Let me restate my original post in short bullet points since you apparently ignore paragraphs.
Good parent - try to make their kids not cry
bad parents - do nothing
unfortunate side effect of bad parents - people forget there are good parents
comments I made on the specific situation in the article - none
How the hell did he get away with slapping the child multiple times? I can see once, because no civilized human being would think he would hit a baby. But after the first time? Shame on the mother for not beating him down immediately.....she sounds neglectful to me.
You made the mistake many make, you took my post seriously.
