I love to cook gourmet. I got a cabinet full of spices, oils and cooking wine. I spend 2 hours cutting, preparing and cooking. In 15 minutes of eating I’m full. Then I got to spend 30 minutes cleaning. Sometimes I ask myself is all that work worth it.
