Thank you. I am worried for my family and my country. I think many peaceful citizens in the Democratic party have no idea of the objectives of those really in control. Most organizations are paralyzed by threats from both governmental and nongovernmental organizations. I've been critical of our conservative media, who won't take the ineligibility issue on. Now I think I see that should anyone public gain traction, the Obama central committee will have Acorn or SEIU goons, or plants in conservative groups create riots to that the justice department can do what they did to Scooter Libby or worse. These revolutionaries will use our open society to destroy us. Rush, Levine, Hannity, Beck,... are in the public eye, and thus can be held libel for incitement.

The need for secrecy will make it harder to organize, as will the coming control of our public media as well as the threat to our internet communications. I think most of us want constitutional guarantees. I think we are a significant majority. Fidel had under 2000 revolutionaries and established control which survives today. Venezuela is gone. Obama is consorting with Chavez to communize Honduras. There is much more going on than we can see to suppress our ability to respond, while destroying our economic system so that we are entirely dependent upon the government for simple survival.

I've heard, but will wait until there is confirmation, that Obama is securing our military, no longer observing its sworn allegiance to the Constitution. Fidel, Chavez, and the USSR are evidence that a corrupted military can silence even a popular majority. We must organize while we can. Unfortunately, our legislature has already sold us out. We probably cannot replace enough congressmen, even if our voting system wasn't hopelessly compromised, to stop this. 2010, given the variety of exigencies which could befall us, is probably too late.

While I am absolutely convinced of the rigor of the legal analysis - that Obama is patently not a a natural-born citizen. I also think this may be the only path to terminating his path of destruction. Again, that is thanks to the remarkable forsight of our founders. So whenever I see concerned people spending time on birth certificates or other documents which we will almost certainly never see, and which may not bear on the issue - Obama may have been born in the U.S. - I try to steer people to the deceptive truth: Obama said he was born a British subject and no one objected. Since we are presumably still a constitutional republic, it doesn't matter that no one objected, Obama is ineligible for the presidency of this republic. He, like Zalaya and Fidel and Ortega, will change the laws to imbue his dictatorship with a veneer of legitimacy. Obama may release a Hawaiian certificate, and the left will claim "See dummies!" We must communicate that a birth certificate is not important; Obama's British father is. Obama is "naturally ineligible". No law can endow a citizen with the quality of having been "natural-born". Obama's birth status made him ineligible.

There is cause to worry, we agree. And you’ve raised an important distinction.

The underlying question, though, is whether we are now in an era or environment where the reply to any of these issues is “so what?” Are we now under a regime where the cult of 0bama’s personality outweighs *any* Constitutional provisions? If that’s the case, we are truly hosed, because the historical precedents for concern are many and well founded. We’re just going to have to hold our collective breaths (not advocating passivity) to see if the populace ultimately ratifies this new (for the US) mechanism of governance. As I see it, it’s a race between the competing forces of the economic squeeze/collapse versus the cries for help from a traumatized population. Now it’s our side which finds ourselves in hopey changeland. I’m optimistic, but I don’t underestimate the cornered animal we face. It’s in effect a reminder of how good we have it to see how many fronts this enemy can find to attack and destroy.
