Their arrogance will eventually get the best of them. As one poster said in another thread, there are still too many Americans in America to allow it not to be America anymore.I agree, but we are not organized. We'll be easy to pick off one at a time unless we get organized like they are... e.g. ACORN, Organizing for America, etc.

You a right in that Americans are accustomed to individual liberty and go about there daily activities by making personal decisions. When there is a perception that there is no threat to are liberties we tend to take the position of live and let live. We expect our elected representatives to follow their oath of office and abide by the Constitution. If the representatives do not then we have a real problem because they are the organization that we elected to protect us. We are in a time now where we the people have seen evidence that many of our elected representatives are not protecting our Constitutional rights. This means that we now have to fight our own government to preserve our liberties. We cannot exert our will alone to be effective and that is why we must organize.
