You do not improve the lives of others by taking money by threat of force from one group to give to another, after subtracting about 90% for “administrative costs”, of course.
Neither do you improve the lives of others by advocating they be burned to death in saline solution, or dismembered alive, or have their skulls pierced and their brains vacuumed out as they are being born.
Neither do you improve the lives of others by leaving a woman to die, with no hope of succor from rescue agencies.
