We had a real chicken for dinner, none of that Tyson stuff:-) It was cooked with leeks, lemongrass and ginger stuffed in the chicken and paprika on the outside. We also had garden fresh cucumbers, tomatoes and the last of the garden corn.
And for desert we had surprise cake, an angel food type cake with cranberries, apples and green tomaotes in the cake with coconut on top. Ii was a litle skeptical of the cake but it was pretty good, besides some vanilla ice cream on top helped it go down.
Of course now I have to go ride the bike tomorrow for an hour instead of 30 minutes:-(
