Any Census Bureau employee who violates these provisions is subject to a fine up to $250,000, a prison sentence up to five years, or both. They are not Census Bureau employees. They are from ACORN who is notorious for not having the best of staff working for them. I wouldn't trust them no matter how much they claim to be from the Census.

I wouldn't trust them either but Obama has given them part of this task to do.
I wonder how our military feels about Obama. I'd love to hear their reaction to Obama’s end your life options. Just thinking about things ..........

If they are contracted by the Census Bureau then they are working as contract employees. The CB is on the hook. If they are not contracted or otherwise employeed by the CB then their forms and calls are illegal.
