Lee Ermey, the Marine-turned-actor whose role as drill instructor Gunny Hartman in the late Stanley Kubrick's "Full Metal Jacket" has all but placed the Vietnam veteran in the pantheon of Marine heroes alongside "Chesty" Puller, Smedley Butler and Dan Daly, isn't buying anyone's political objector status.
"I haven't heard about those guys," Ermey told Military.com during an Aug. 21 interview. "If I do run across them though, trust me, I'll square them away."

Which means he likely doesn't know much about the situation either. Probably assumes that their is absolutely no question that The Messaih was born in Hawaii, and thinks, without looking into it, that "natural born citizen" is the same as "native born" or even "citizen at birth". But different words mean differnt things. Sometimes only shades of meaning, but still different.
I like the Gunny and have seen some of his shows and the movie. However, no Marine is gonna put him in the same class as Chesty.

Maybe they just care about their country. They are probably smart enough to realize that 0bama is the biggest threat to national security too.

Maybe, or maybe just uniformed. I don't think the Gunny (honorary) would care much for the idea that someone was blatantly violating the Constitution.

The most ridicules claim the leftists make is that Obama’s grandmother was talking about being there when his father (her son) was born, not when her grandson was born.
No woman says I was there when my child was born. It's obvious to anyone who knows babies aren't dropped off by the stork that the baby's mother is there when he is born.
Either Obama was born in Kenya or his grandmother is as big a liar as he is. To date nobody has offered any evidence that his grandmother is a liar too, so the reasonable position to take is that she is telling the truth and he isn't.

BHO Sr. was not a resident alien. He was a visitor, here on a student visa. A resident alien is someone who intends to stay, even if they eventually don't. Some on student visas do stay, but they have to convert to legal resdient alien status first. After a while they can, and most do, apply for citizenship.
BHO Sr. always intended to trot back to Kenya, which he did, taking a different American back to become his third wife, (if you count Stanley Ann) while he was still married to the first and second (S.A.) All perfectly legal, in Kenya.
IIRC, he was given the gunnery Sgt "promotion" as an honor by the Corps after his movie career and first TV show. He was a Corps sergeant, just not gunny grade.

Obama satisfied the requirements of 50 states, 50 Secretaries of State, acquired the majority of the popular vote as well as the mandatory majority in the electoral college. The election was certified by the elected legislature, per the Constitution, and he is the Commander in Chief, again, per the Constitution.
Problem is there are no laws or procedures for vetting eligibility issues even though the requirement is outlined in the Constitution.
Try doing a keyword search for "birth certificate", "certifigate", "obamagate" or any number of variations and educate your self. There are legitimate questions and a pattern of concealment, evasion, and an ongoing, active cover up effort on the part of Obummer and Co.
Major Cook *volunteered* for deployment. The Army could have prefered charges, if he has refused an order "to go", which he never did, .. but then there would be "discovery", and that could not be allowed. They rescinded his orders, making his case, which also would have allowed "discovery", moot.

It depends, did the United States Marine Corps promote Staff Sergeant R. Lee Ermey USMC (Ret.) to the actual rank of Gunnery Sergeant USMC (Ret.)? Or did they give him the title of Gunnery Sergeant without the actual pay, essentially a Brevet to the rank?

My take too. I'm pretty sure the majority of Americans, if they knew what's been discovered here, would be aghast that Obummer is POTUS.

Or possibly just uneducated about the eligibility requirements and how Obummer doesn't meet them. The SCM avoids this or ridicules it as a rule. If Obummer was a Republican or conservative in any way it would be banner headlines from coast to coast.
