I don't even know how to respond to that.

Russel Crowe is believable as a Roman Gladiator. Brad Pitt, who seems like he spends the better part of his day getting his tips frosted and oiled by a guy named Sven, isn't even remotely believable as Achilles - The World's Greatest Warrior - not in this dimension, or any others in which I'm familiar.

Troy was better storytelling. Gladiator was quite dull.

I read a lot of Greek mythology as a kid, Achilles was kind of a sissy boy. Only reason he was the in the running world’s greatest warrior was that he was nearly invulnerable. Aside from that he was whiny, effete, and highly “attached” to his personal aid. And he wasn’t that bright either.
