The Constitution prohibits seizure of property without due process of law. Oh, right. The Constitution is so out of vogue now. I'm glad I don't live in Carroll County.

Police and courts can seize property for virtually ANY felony, including property crimes, rape and murder, not just drug offenses.

We have some gang-bangers about 3 blocks away who got busted and had their nice new customized SUV taken away from them.

The SUV is now used by the police for surveillance on the very same gang-bangers they took it from.
