Because people strongly approve for varying reasons, many of them having nothing to do with Barry. But those who strongly disapprove do so because they have finally realized what a clear and present danger this guy is to everything good the United States has stood for.

He’s back to 47/52 too. This weekend has been interesting out and about, football started here for our kiddos and we have been seeing more people than usual and the predominant talk is Obama (even the kids)and how he is ruining this country. It has been amazing! White, Black, Mexican, young, old.

Strongly approve has a floor where the percentage will not drop. Those who strongly approve still think Obama is a (the) messiah.

I believe that is because the "undecideds" are deciding and moving into the "disapprove" category. Those who favored the sob in the beginning are moving at a slower rate. Maybe they even reside in the "undecided" category for a while.
