On Friday, I noticed a large electronic sign on Manchester Road in Ellisville, MO (West St. Louis County) that is informing the public that there is a upcoming “Pandemic Public Forum” to be held in Sept. I kid you not. It is being put on by (I believe) the St. Louis County Health Dept.
